Financora SA, Geneva
We run Mastercard card programmes funded by stablecoins. You bring the brand, the app and the users. We bring the licence, the issuing processing and the settlement in USDC and EuroC.

What you launch
Virtual cards go live the moment a user passes onboarding. Physical cards follow in the post. Both sit on the same BIN, the same API and the same balance.
Issue a virtual card in seconds, ship plastic when the user wants it. One programme covers both, with your card art on each.
The programme settles in USDC and EuroC. Your users hold stablecoins and pay in EUR, USD or CHF at the till.
Cards are tokenised at issue, so the first payment can happen on a phone before the plastic arrives.
Card design, in app screens, statements and notification copy carry your name. Financora stays behind the scenes.
Every purchase pays the programme. The split between you and us is written into the contract before launch.
Onboarding, document checks, sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring run in the programme, with your branding on the screens.
How a payment settles
USDC or EuroC moves from the user wallet into the programme account. The balance is visible in your app straight away.
Mastercard passes the authorisation to our processing. We check balance, limits and fraud rules, then answer inside the scheme time window.
The amount converts to EUR, USD or CHF at authorisation, so the user sees one figure in the app and one on the receipt.
We settle with Mastercard in fiat, reconcile the programme back to stablecoin and send you the reports your finance team needs.
Division of work
Licence. The programme is issued under our partner's Swiss licence, so your own licence is optional. If you already hold one, we supply the technology layer and the programme runs on your licence instead.
Coverage and limits
These are the boundaries of the programme today. We would rather put them on the website than in the third call.
| Markets | Switzerland, the EEA and most of the rest of the world. A list of high risk countries stays outside the programme. We send the current list before you sign. |
|---|---|
| Network | Mastercard. Debit cards, consumer programmes, virtual and physical. |
| Card currencies | EUR, USD, CHF on the crypto programme. PLN and GBP are available on our second issuing route, for programmes without stablecoin settlement. |
| Settlement assets | USDC and EuroC. Other assets convert before they reach the programme. |
| Business cards | The crypto route covers consumer cards. Cards for companies and their employees run on our second issuing route, which we set up in parallel. |
| Scheme approval | Mastercard reviews every crypto card programme one by one, and that review is manual. Treat it as the critical path and start it on day one, while the integration runs beside it. |
Three programmes we set up most often
Your users already hold stablecoins with you. A card turns that balance into everyday spending and keeps the money inside your product instead of an off ramp.
People paid in USDC get a card, spending limits and clean statements. Company cards run on our second issuing route, which we open alongside the consumer one.
Cards, tokenisation and a white label app come from one group, so a small team can put a full retail product in front of users.

What stands behind the programme
Financora SA is the Swiss entity you contract with. The processing, the tokenisation and the apps come from companies in the group that have been running card programmes for years.
Questions we get on the first call
Your own licence is optional. The programme runs on our partner's Swiss licence, with Financora technology behind it. Teams that already hold a licence keep it and take the technology layer alone.
Mastercard, for both virtual and physical cards.
USDC and EuroC. Other assets are converted before they reach the card programme.
The crypto route issues consumer cards. Company and employee cards run on our second issuing route, and both can run at the same time under one commercial agreement.
Two clocks run at once. The technical integration is in your hands and moves as fast as your team does. The Mastercard approval for a crypto programme is a manual review with its own pace, so we open it on day one and keep you posted on where it stands.
Switzerland, the EEA and most other markets. A list of high risk countries stays outside the programme, and a few European countries sit on that list as well, so we go through it with you before you plan a launch market.
Next step
Send the markets, the user numbers and the asset you settle in. You get a straight answer on feasibility, the licence route and the pricing shape, usually the same week.
